About the Item
Piano stool/swivel stool made of solid wood with Viennese cane from the Historicism period (late 19th - early 20th century). The piano stool is made of beech wood and has three curved legs connected to the central column. The stool is adjustable in height from 48 cm to approximately 66 cm. The spindle works very well and has little play. The cane of the seat is in good condition and may have been replaced at some point. The wooden surfaces, however, show clear signs of wear - see photos. The stool has only been structurally restored, meaning the damaged glue joints were renewed, all screws tightened and partially replaced.
