Independant ball soccer seat in perfect patine 50’s
Jean Royère, born on July 3, 1902 in the 8th arrondissement of Paris1 and died May 14, 1981 in Pennsylvania in the United States, is a French decorator.
Before leaving France permanently for the United States in 1980, the decorator offered all his archives to the Museum of Decorative Arts, located in Paris in the Marsan wing of the Louvre Palace. The museum reorganized its premises in 20182, favoring a thematic and multidisciplinary approach3. Throughout a visit, there are spaces for the permanent presentation of selected objects in its important collections4. One of these spaces is entirely dedicated to "Jean Royère, yesterday and today"5.
