About the Item

Very nice decorative stool made by the Danish designer Hugo Frandsen, for the Danish furniture producer Spøttrup Mobler in the 1960s. The stool has a tripod structure in high quality solid teak and a round seat covered with light brown leather. The seat is attached to the wooden base with the original screws. It functions as stool, footstool, or ottoman. What is exciting about this design object is the combination of the geometric triangular base and the round seat. Fully marked with manufacturers brand and Danish furniture control labels. This item is in very good original condition – with original upholstery, and it has been professionally cleaned. Measurements approx.: (seat) height 15,75 in – 40 cm, diameter 18,90 in – 48 cm. Sober and minimalist line for these stool with a totally Scandinavian look.
