Charles X Walnut Velvet Italian Swivel Chair, 1830

About the Item

Swivel chair piano, coming from an important home "Napoletana". All veneered in walnut wood, with a well-finished backrest. The seat is completely covered in beige velvet, coming from the "Cordani" silk factory in Zoagli. The central leg allows the seat to turn on itself. The leg is formed by a central trunk and from three small feet. Noteworthy in addition to the backrest, also the fabric with which the seat was upholstered. The chair's seat, as can be seen from the photos, is covered by a pair of matching fabrics; a velvet with large ribs, and a smooth velvet for the light brown side band. The chair is in excellent condition, however it has been well restored both in the wooden part and in the fabric. The restoration, like every piece of our shop, has been done respecting the original, maintaining its original state value. For each piece, before the departure, a revision is redone, to make sure it arrives in excellent condition. Price including packaging and wooden case.
