Lux pair of 'Art Moderne' barrel-back chairs, circa 1960's. The look is modern, luxurious, clean and fresh, and reminiscent the designs of Milo Baughman. Unusual and rare pair of chairs with a rounded barrel back profile that proves especially effective at showcasing the broad expanse of the striking dark stained wood that curves and wraps around the exterior expanse of each chair. Freshly recovered in a luxurious ofwhite colored upholstery that contrasts beautifully. Back with loose cushions and large cushioned seat envelop you in deep comfort and invite you to sit back and relax. As each chair reaches the floor it stands upon a 360-degree swivel plinth base for a convenient seating experience. Ready to use, these chairs exude elegance. Sold in pairs, we have a total of 4 chairs available. This set can be reupholstered if desired. The experienced craftsman of our in-house atelier are specialist on re-upholstery of design furniture.
