We are delighted to bring to you an ultra-rare and highly desirable De Sede S 231 vintage swivel armchair and ottoman. Built in the late 1960s by De Sede craftsman from Switzerland this same chair was used as a prop in the 1969 James Bond film, On Her Majesty's Secret Service.
Upholstered in beautiful soft aniline leather with superb whipstitch edge detail. Sitting on a polished machined solid steel swivel base, the armchair and ottoman are presented in very good vintage condition. The leather of the ottoman pictured is slightly darker in color than that of the armchair which is also available separately. We have the same model in a number of various colors, please enquire for further details.

Armchair height 100 cm, width 90 cm, depth 80 cm.
Ottoman height 35 cm, width 50 cm, depth 50 cm.
Heritage:
De Sede has been creating premium quality leather furniture for an international market since 1965. It all began with a small saddler's workshop in Swiss Klingnau, close to the German border near Waldshut. The sophisticated designs of it`s leather furniture, all reflecting the top quality Swiss workmanship, swiftly gained the brand and family run business an international reputation.
