High Back Lounge Chair Attributed to Flemming Lassen Denmark 1940's
About the Item
Beautiful Flemming Lassen attributed high back lounge chair made, circa 1940. This iconic lounge chair is probably one of the most perfect high backs ever designed. Perfect statement piece with its ultra-elegant sensual shape yet very comfortable and supportive design. Frame built from solid beech with hand-tied copper springs built to last. The legs show minor age wear includes minor nicks. The chair is in overall very good condition. It has been re-upholstered at a later point but the fabric shows wear and we recommend to have the chair refurbished and reupholstered. We do offer re-upholstery services and are able to offer re-upholstery in any fabric including white or beige merino lambswool or real shearling at very competitive prices.
