Danish Midcentury Cognac Colored High Back Lounge Chair by Sibast
About the Item
Sleek and very cool Danish 1960s cognac colored high back lounge chair carrying the makers label of Sibast furniture on the bottom frame. The chairs is very much in the style of Arne Vodder who did design for Sibast and it's very similar to design Vodder made for Fritz Hansen although the legs are square on the Hansen chairs as opposed to round, If the chair is not by Vodder it clearly seems inspired by his style. The chair is made from nice heavy duty cognac colored leather and has great patina and wear and some crazing especially on the armrests but no rips or tears. Great color and raised on legs of solid teak. Overall good condition.
