Antique Georgian Oak Mule Chest Coffer 18th Century

About the Item

Antique fine quality Georgian oak mule chest coffer 18th Century Solid and strong, with no loose joints. Full of age, character and charm. The oak lined drawers slide freely. Would look great in the right location! Lovely clean lines... a rare quality item that is absolutely charming. Overall maximum dimensions: 142cmW x 56cmD x 89cmH (internally 126cmW x 45cmD x 52cmH). Good antique condition with minor historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Just a few historic extinct woodworm holes that have been treated for good measure. Later hinges (but still old), no key and lock untested. Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide strong able-bodied person(s) for our driver to assist with carrying. Stock No. 8034.
