English Campaign Trunk of Brass-Bound Leather and Camphor Wood, circa 1820

About the Item

Two large leather camphor trunks, circa 1830. One dark green and one black leather, both bound and decorated in brass with swag nail head detailing. Both clean inside. Manufactured by the British East India Company for an officer to carry his kit on Campaign.
