Antique Globe Wernicke Bookcase
About the Item
Beautiful antique mahogany Globe Wernicke bookcase in perfect condition. The cabinet consists of 12 stackable parts with 2 x plinth and 2 x hood.
The plinths contain drawers. The cabinet has 3 different depths. Special in this version are the deep parts. The first horizontal row is suitable for large art books and the like. (These deep parts are rarely found in Globe Wernicke) The 2nd and 3rd horizontal rows are in binder format. And the other parts are for normal reading books and decrease in height. Very special configuration. You also hardly ever see the drawers in the plinths with this depth.
