We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely original circa 1880 English Victorian two tier rotating book table with pokerwork top A very good looking, highly collectable and well made table. These were designed as book tables for your favourite author to be displayed. Each shelf rotates, its rare to find them with two tiers and I have never seen the poker work top before The table has been cleaned waxed and polished from top to bottom, it has a good patination for years of honest use and genuine age, there is some age and use related wear to the top Dimensions Height:- 76.5cm Width:- 51cm table top, 60cm feet Depth:- 51cm table top, 60cm feet Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Pulborough warehouses Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description pertaining to the condition. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
