About the Item

This large oak bookcase or display cabinet has three long glass doors and stands over 7.5' tall and wide. Carved details embellish the lower panels. Later professionally painted in black, creating a fresh and dramatic appeal to this striking bookcase. Ideal for the display of books or any collection, the interior shelves are adjustable (pegs included). Restored, this large display case is ready to be used and enjoyed. No locks, keys are used as a "pull" in the doors. This cabinet was built to disassemble, making  transportation easier. Top, bottom, sides, doors, back, shelves etc. all "break down." All scratches, cracks, dings, missing elements or age related separation, shifting fit of shelf pegs are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this stately bookcase.  Please refer to professional photos for clear understanding of color, condition, and details; photo lighting, individual monitor display and home lighting all impact how item is viewed. Photos are part of item description, please ask questions or request additional photos of specific areas if needed.
