George III Breakfront bookcase made in Mahogany wood. Presents signature on the lock, GR. Barrons Patent Strand. It has faults and loss of the interior shelves. The Georgian era was defined by the reign of King George III (1760 and 1820). His influence left an indelible mark on the world of furniture and design. Being works characterized by refined craftsmanship and neoclassical influences, they show the sophistication of the late 18th century.
