Hollywood Regency Sculptural Rattan Etagere, 1970s
About the Item
Here is a beautiful, minimalist, geometric stunning centerpiece. It glows in the room, it's extremely sculptural and gorgeous from every angle. It is a very functional addition to the home, as it can be used as shelving for use as a buffet, bookshelf, or holder for special collections. It can be used in any room.
There are glass shelves fitted for three of the shelves. The second shelf from the bottom can have a glass piece made for it as well if you please-- there are fittings ready for one. There are some slight chips at the corners of the shelves, not noticeable when they are put in place with items over them.
The handmade sculptural rattan components throughout the entire unit takes your breath away! The overall condition of the rattan is excellent. There is some minor wear in some areas, to be expected for its age. This adds to the character of this piece, and further gives insight that this is in fact an original mid century piece.
This is a one-of-a-kind, highly stylish and signature mid century, hollywood regency piece that is sure to please!
