La Torre dei Trampolini Bookshelf by Michele De Lucchi

This contemporary bookshelf is entirely made of lava stone, fashioned by stacking four increasingly small and concentric hollow cubic shelves one on top of another. The trampolines protrude on horizontal axes, providing precious display surface. The lava stone slabs are 5 and 3 cm thick with a honed finish. The total weight of this piece is 450 kg.
