About the Item
This very large and very impressive early 19th century, Charles X, French bookcase is made of a rich mahogany and makes quite the impression due to its size- 230 cm in width and 280 cm high. This rare biblioteque features four doors with glass-paned windows and 5 shelves making it perfect also for decorative objects. The lower part of the doors is solid, offering optimal storage space. Rounded corners give it a softer edge and although it is very large, it does not overwhelm. This rare and elegant French bookcase is sure to impress and prove a valuable investment.
