Libreria modulare modello Congresso con struttura interamente in metallo di colore rosso scuro, originale dell'epoca, composta da quattro montanti, di cui quelli centrali dallo spessore doppio, quindi non intercambiabili con i due laterali, tutti e quattro fissati tra loro tramite barre filettate e bulloni. Mensole e reggi mensola fissati ad incastro manualmente, senza bisogno di altre componenti.
Prodotta da Lips Vago nel 1960 ca., fusione tra l'azienda italiana di fabbri Vago e l'azienda olandese di armadietti Lips, vincitrice del premio Smau per il design industriale nel 1968.
Buone condizioni, qualche segno sul metallo, ma strutturalmente indistruttibile.
