About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this absolutely stunning pair of matching library double sided bookcases from the early 20th century, circa 1930-1940 A very functional pair, as mentioned they are double sided and exactly the same on each side, the main shell offers four compartments each side and each compartment has an extra shelf meaning you can have a maximum of eight compartments per side per unit thirty two in total, you have enough shelves for each compartment and the height is completely at your discretion as they are fully adjustable, I only have enough clips for half the shelves however you can buy additional clips from any good hardware shop The bookcases are on large easy roller wheels so should you wish to move your bookcases around you can simply wheel them, I see these as room dividers to break up space in a home context Condition wise they have been deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished from top to bottom, as you can see the top end section of one is missing, you don’t really notice when the two bookcases are next to each other because the second piece has the same section however when they are separated you can see it, I can have the missing piece made and spliced on for a fee should the new owner wish, please ask before you bid and not after Dimensions Height 169.5cm Width 120cm each 240cm total Depth 61.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point.
