This can be a delicate piece... many times they arrive to us with some damage. This piece has NO damage! It is in excellent condition with beautiful original color. We do not deal in "Estate Condition" or "As Is" pieces. Unless there is an issue/concern/defect noted in the description, the buyer can be assured that there are none. Many times furniture pieces sold in "Auction" circumstances have problems, such as weakness in the structure, replaced parts, poor repairs, amateur glue or finish work, or veneer lifting/missing.
