Late 19th Century Louis XVI Carved Walnut "Deux Corps" Cabinet

About the Item

A late 19th century Louis XVI style solid walnut cabinet. Richly embellished with refined carving. At the center an arched glass door, the inside is lined with velvet fabric, originally this part was for storing silverware. The The lower part has three doors, upper part has three doors and four small drawers. Also called "Deux Corps". The upper and lower cabinet are separate parts. Made in France, circa 1880-1890 Dimensions: 258(h) x 175(l) x 56(d) cm.
