About the Item

Pair of Faceted Turquoise Murano Glass and Gilded Brass Consoles, Art Deco Style, Murano, Italy, Circa 1960/1970 Introduce Italian elegance into your interior with this exceptional pair of faceted Murano glass and gilded brass consoles, crafted in Italy circa 1960/1970. These rare pieces combine luxurious materials with the refined spirit of collectible contemporary design. Each console is clad in faceted turquoise Murano glass tiles (leaning more toward green than blue, contrary to how they may appear in the photos), delicately framed in polished gilded brass. Stylized handles, elegant brass edging, and tapered compass legs emphasize their sculptural and refined character. Behind the two doors, each piece offers functional storage with two interior shelves. The original 1960s solid wood structures have been fully restored by our professional craftsmen. The glass marquetry is in perfect condition. Unique pair of pieces. Available individually upon request – €6,500 each.
