19th Century Cabinet, Ming style

About the Item

Cabinet, Ming style made in jumo wood. From Suzhou China, located close to Shanghai. Was formerly the largest city in Jiangsù province. Each panel made of one piece of wood. "Jumu wood" also called "Southern Elm", equivalent to walnut wood in its structure. Only occurs in southern China. An elegant cabinet, which even today keeps its modern expression.
