About the Item

A 19th century cabinet with a locking glass door. The top pediment is carved with scrolls and acanthus leaves above a beveled cornice. Front shoulders are decorated with fluted columns that continue down to straight legs. The cabinet houses three adjustable shelves with sawtooth supports. Below the main cabinet, a single hand dovetailed drawer opens with a bail handle on a rectangular back plate. The backplate is stamped with a Galanthus motif.
