About the Item
Wood key cabinet made from Oak wood dyed with Black ink. This wall cabinet is wonderfully unique in it's design with it's patchwork veneer and brass dowels for key holding on the inside.
Hand made from English Oak, this unique and characterful key cabinet is perfect for storing 6 sets of keys and indeed many other everyday essentials.
The expertly patchwork veneer and custom made brass dowels on the inside form the perfect counterpart to the jet black cabinet wood. There are hand cut and fitted brass hinges and secure magnets which hold the door closed.
This piece features a unique door design which is integral to the award winning designer and maker Goldfinch Brookes series of Neighbourhood Cabinets. 'A community of cabinets which celebrate all that is physical and tangible in our daily lives, allowing us to pause and celebrate our daily rituals and objects'
This wall cabinet is fitted using the 'french cleat' method which is a supremely easy and secure way to hang a cabinet, and all fixings will be provided.
