Carved Oak One Door Cabinet, circa 1910

About the Item

This heavily carved oak cabinet features a top with canted sides and a single door that showcases an urn flanked by opposing fish. The door swings on elegant, long hinges and opens to a single shelf. Below the door, a carved drawer provides additional storage. Scrolled acanthus leaves and leaf pendants are suspended beneath the drawer. Raised back panels and turned supports create on open area between the top and the carved base. The cabinet is supported by bun feet at the front and rear block feet.
