Chinese Qing Dynasty 19th Century Small Bedside Cabinet with Tapering Lines

About the Item

A small Chinese Qing Dynasty elmwood tapering bedside cabinet from the 19th century, with two doors and two drawers. Created in China during the Qing Dynasty, this elmwood bedside cabinet features a rectangular top sitting above two doors fitted with a small metal lock. These doors, showcasing traces of red lacquer on the inside, open to reveal a small storage space. Completed with two drawers fitted with large ring pulls in its lower section, the cabinet is raised on straight legs. With its simple lines and weathered appearance, this small 19th century Qing Dynasty elm cabinet will make for a lovely rustic addition to any bedroom!
