About the Item

This 19th-century locking cabinet from Shanxi province is the perfect place to stow household odds and ends. Crafted with traditional joinery, the small cabinet has an overhung top, rounded corner legs and two doors that open to an interior fitted with a single shelf. A lacquer finish darkens the exterior with a soft sheen, textured by an antique patina and contrasted by brass hardware with vase-form pulls.
