About the Item
English pine and birch Folk Art shelf is a one of a kind cabinet. There are leaf and vine carvings on the front draping the center door. Inside has three shelves. The broken arch pediment has architectural details. The piece is profusely carved with leaves and dentil molding. The drawer is carved with leaves and vines while the base molding is carved with leaves in very high relief. The drawer and door have workiing locks. Four parts are fluted and end in conical finials. * there is significant repair to open fretwork brackets on the outside shelves.
