Fabulous 1930s Oak Bar Counter-Hotel Fixture Lyon
About the Item
Fabulous and truly authentic 1930s bar counter, made of oak and stamped with the manufacturer’s mark on the front. Produced in St-Nicolas-Du-Port, and a proud fixture in a hotel bar in Lyon.
This is a piece of well-executed joinery with wonderful carvings and quality details. The table top is pewter with nickel-plated brass, as well as a small red toned marble slab. This incredible bar has 3 integrated bottle holders to keep bottles cold. Behind the counter, are two sinks with the original tap fixtures, as well as compartments and drawers for practical storage.
An eye-catching and typically French piece of furniture that exudes history, mood and atmosphere. In extremely good condition.
Perfect for a restaurant or for those of you who have wanted a home bar with an extra “wow effect”.
