A George IV gilt-brass mounted ebonised, japanned, and lacquer side cabinet, circa 1830.
With later purple slate inset top. The frieze with three drawers above two doors enclosing adjustable mahogany shelves, all of Japanese lacquer. The sides japanned. The Japanese lacquer panels early 18th century.
