About the Item

NOTE: Dimensions provided correspond to either of the two assembled cabinets on the left and right. Each cabinet is composed of two stacked units, measuring 38" and 30.25" high. The center unit is slightly narrower than the two end units, measuring 36.25" wide. Presenting a fabulous cabinet system crafted from rare Pomeranian pine, a masterpiece from the highly sought-after Christian IV series, designed by Hans Frydendal and produced by the Danish company IDE Møbler during the 1970's. This unique storage ensemble comprises six stackable units, with a uniquely chunky silhouette that epitomizes the innovative design of the Postmodern era. This remarkable storage system is a testament to the enduring appeal of Pomeranian pine. Pomeranian pine, sourced from the Pomerania region on the south shore of the Baltic Sea, is celebrated for its distinctive grain patterns, warm hues, and exceptional durability. The natural attributes of Pomeranian pine make it a highly desirable choice for furniture crafting. Its tight grain structure and inherent resistance to warping make it an ideal material for creating enduring pieces of furniture. This Christian IV cabinet storage system not only harnesses the beauty of Pomeranian pine but also epitomizes functional design. The six stackable units include two glass-front cabinets and 12-bottle wine rack - perfect for entertaining.
