About the Item

Exceptionally large buffet cabinet from the late 19th century. Solidly crafted in oak with bleached surface. Two-piece side-coffered oak body with 8 doors and 4 drawers, standing on 8 feet. The front with a central risalit is symmetrically divided by 4 fluted columns on the upper and lower sections. Each double door is flanked by 2 single doors in a frame and panel construction. Profiles and relief-like floral and ornamental carvings decorate the door panels, drawer fronts and cornice. Original brass fittings and high-quality drop handles adorn the doors and drawers.
