Pair of 1940s modernist solid wood shutter cabinets
About the Item
Pair of modernist French cabinets from the '40s. Structure in solid and veneered mahogany, handles and lock in nickel-plated brass. The cabinets feature two sliding curtains opening onto a series of shelves and two central drawers. Sober, elegant design. Beautiful vintage condition, with traces of time and use on both cabinets (nicks, small scratches etc. etc.), and a beautiful patina of age on the wood (see photos).
