18th/19th Century Country French Chest with Paris Label

About the Item

A French antique chest with particularly fine form in original condition. An antique country French three drawer chest with rococo brass pulls and escutcheons, one key, planked top and back, raised panel sides, serpentine front, scalloped apron and raised on straight legs. Paris label on verso. Dimensions: 49" L, 27" D, 33 1/4" H Condition: Please see all detail photos. There is checking (fine hairlines consistent with age), some age-related time-softened expected wear and scratching especially along front. The aforementioned is for accuracy as the Chest presents in an authentic and fine way. Photos are part of the description.
