About the Item

Large pine chest of four drawers flanked with turned columns and decorative carving along top and skirt. The newer, professionally applied blue layered painted finish with white undertones adds a touch of grace that fits the age of this large chest. Contrasting black top. Carved details and tapered feet add visual appeal to the clean lines of the drawers. Expected age-related separation of wood is visible in each of the drawers bottoms, but does not impact the strength nor functionality of this 200 year old pine dresser. The four long drawers all function and each have 2 brass pulls for ease of use. This lovely large chest of drawers is restored, solid, stable and ready to use and enjoy. One key included as decorative accent. All scratches, cracks, dings, nicks, missing pieces or other imperfections are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this impressive large chest of drawers. Please refer to professional photos for clear understanding of color, condition, and details; photo lighting, individual monitor display and home lighting all impact how item is viewed. Photos are part of item description, please ask questions or request additional photos of specific areas if needed.
