A fine 19th century Louis XV style gilt-bronze mounted kingwood and tulipwood floral marquetry Bombé two-drawer commode with a Royal veined yellow marble top. The serpentine body with two front drawers and surmounted with floral and acanthus banded gilt-bronze mounts within a floral marquetry backgroud. Bearing a brass plaque on the reverse by the Italian firm "Stabilimento Gaudenzi & Grazioli, Milano", circa 1890-1900.
Note: Gaudenzi e Grazioli exhibited at the 1904 Universal Exposition in St. Louis, Missouri.
