Antique English Burl Walnut Two-Over-Three Bachelor’s Chest

About the Item

A particularly fine and colorful English Chest with interesting angle cut veneer on the top two drawers and all drawers having subtle banding. The dove-tail constructed drawers all work freely and the Batwing brass pulls are original. For writing there is a pull-out return with breadboard ends. Lacking a key. Condition:Please see detail photos. There are various signs of age including some rough edges, veneer losses, nicks and some scratches. Wear commensurate with age and use, surface scratches and nicks which have been ameliorated by a professional polishing with a fine presentation. Dimensions: 33 1/2" H x 31" W x 18" D
