About the Item

England, ca. late 18th century. A handsome George III chest of drawers. Features solid mahogany construction with delicate geometric inlay framing each drawer and the top. Drawers are finely dovetailed and finished with oval brass pulls. Two small and two large drawers are perfect for stashing all manner of items. The scalloped apron and bracket feet add classic Georgian charm, making this piece ideal for a bedroom, living area, or a foyer. Suitable for both traditional and classic modern spaces with a versatile scale. Lightly refurbished and in overall excellent antique condition with warm patina. Dimensions: 37.25” wide x 20” deep x 33” high.
