Antique French carved oak tall cabinet faux chest of drawers Louis XIV style.

~Highly carved 19th century French cabinet/chest in a tall, yet slender size, perfect for so many uses in today’s home.~
~Upper beveled, carved edge top over dimensionally carved corner caps.~
~Upper drawer has inset panel featuring raised carved foliate and scroll cartouche~
~Lower large door has five faux drawer fronts, all with identical carved foliate and scroll cartouches!~
~Large storage inside the cabinet door with two shelves on pegged supports~
~Door is flanked by raised carved scrolls with ornate, dimensional carved fruits and foliage down either side of the cabinet.~
~Raised carved moulding above the stepped out cabinet base~
~Paneled on both sides~
~Quality throughout with dovetailed drawer~
~Well built by craftsmen of the period~
