Circa 1765-80 George III period chest of drawers, English. Canted corners with blind fretwork which extends through the bracket feet. Mahogany with oak secondary wood. 2 short over 3 long drawers. Well molded top. Superb quality original pierced brass batwing pulls & escutcheon plates. Minute loss to bottom of middle escutcheon plate. Outstanding London design & construction.
