Circa 1815 Regency Period Chiffonier, English

About the Item

Circa 1815 Regency period chiffonier, English. Rosewood with oak secondary wood. Brass upper gallery edge, well turned brass supports for the upper tier and brass grillwork for the double doors finished with a brass molded edge & Bramah lock. Pleated fabric backs the grillwork. The cabinet doors flanked by flattened pilasters surmounted by acanthus decorated bronze mounts. Plinth base. Single, adjustable shelf interior. 34" w., 15" d., 45" h.
