About the Item

Coppia di comò d'epoca neoclassica impiallacciati e intarsiati secondo il gusto del periodo, realizzati in Emilia alla fine del'700. Composti da tre cassetti in battuta sul fronte, uno più piccolo sotto piano e due più grandi, costruiti con catena a scomparsa in modo da offrire una superficie continua comoda per l'intarsio. Struttura in abete impiallacciata in essenze varie tra cui domina la pedulle di noce rigatino nei campi larghi, contornati da una serie di bordure in ulivo, cipresso e pruno contornati da filettature d'acero. Sul fronte e sui piani sono inseriti dei vasi classici con prese ad anello e grande coperchio baccellato, realizzati in bosso e acero. Le coppie di cassettoni sono rare e adatte ad arredare una sala moderna a cui aggiungono calore e sapore del tempo.
