About the Item
Large sacristy drawer cabinet or archive cabinet from the late 18th or early 19th century. Solidly crafted in oak.
An authentic, one-of-a-kind piece with a linear design, combined with the beautiful texture of old oak wood. Ideal as a plan cabinet or architect's cabinet, for both private and commercial use.
Traditionally crafted in stud construction with side panels and a smooth plinth. Four large drawers are flanked by two paneled sections. The top has two hidden openings (see photos).
Original iron fittings installed.

Height: 112.5 cm / 44.29 inch.
Width: 196 cm / 77.16 inch.
Depth: 75 cm / 29.52 inch.
Internal dimensions of drawers: 10 cm (3.93 in.) x 126 cm (49.6 in.) x 62.5 cm (24.6 in.)
Restored to a ready-to-use condition with age-related signs of wear, including partial woodworm tunnels (not active!), visible repairs and alterations. The furniture has been extensively shortened by approx. 20 cm (7.87 in.) in depth and largely reassembled with the original components (cassette back panel). The surface has been sandblasted over the last few decades and has now been carefully sanded. The locks are not functional.
The furniture cannot be dismantled for transport.
