An exceptionally fine and unusual George III period boldly figured mahogany secretaire chest on chest with fitted fall front drawer and writing surface.
Solid mahogany with mahogany veneers over oak front, all oak secondary wood. Dental molding detail, reeded column corners and new leather writing surface.
Original refreshed finish, excellent original condition (one backboard re-placed).
An impressive piece of furniture with good proportions.
