An absolutely jaw-dropping custom commissioned vintage commode, circa 1975. Stunning Neoclassical form with fabulous detail. Stout Mahogany construction painstakingly veneered in diagonally applied reed bamboo. Case accents and chunky cube hardware in solid brass. Exceptional design and craftsmanship. A magnificent architectural focal point that radiates fantastic warmth and texture. Excellent Restored Condition. The chest has been professionally cleaned and re-lacquered. All veneer is intact and complete. The bamboo displays a wonderful range of color. The finish demonstrates a beautiful depth and sheen. Brass accents and hardware with lovely patina.
