Georgian Miniature Chest of Drawers

About the Item

This early 19th century Georgian Miniature Chest of Drawers would have been constructed by the workshop to show potential clients examples of their products. Made from sturdy mahogany wood, raised on small detailed braket feet, hand carved-wooden knobs, and original lock hardware. The wood itself is very soft, and smooth to the touch. Has two small drawers over two long drawers. The entire chest has all of it's original pieces. The colors of deep, honey browns create a natural warm feeling. The dark, black knobs are hidden within the drawers; not drawing too much attention to them, but complimenting the pattern of the wood around it. This would be a great piece to store jewelry and perfumes, be placed on an office desk, or even in a nursery.
