Handsome Cerused Cherry French Provincial Chest of Drawers
About the Item
This French cherry chest has been given a new, upbeat look thanks to a sanding process which cuts through all stain and laquer to arrive at the original cherry wood. After a laborious process, you find a stunning natural antique chest ready to enhance any room in your home. The many beautiful features of this piece include slightly bombe drawer fronts with a circular motif surrounding the key hole. The finely carved shell at the base is another wonderful detail. In the end, the beauty of the raw wood is striking. It is recommended to either wax or coat the surface for added protection once purchased.
