A fine mahogany empire chest of drawers or commode with satinwood inlays. Top drawer reveals storage compartments with lids and areas to hold bottled ink, envelopes, etc. This elegant chest of drawers has been restored and ready to be placed and enjoyed. All scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this exceptional inlaid chest of drawers. Skeleton key will be included to use as pull, locks do not function.
