This chest of drawers is a handmade reproduction of the French Louis Philippe Style in the mid 19th century in France caracterized by its curved moldings, hand-curved feet and rounded design.
This French Commode features 4 drawers including a hidden one in the curved molding, above.
The top drawer in the molding opens with a hand hold .
The 3 regular lower drawers are fitted with brass lentils knobs.
This chest of draws is made of 100% solid French Cherry wood.
The proposed finish is a blond cherry stain and a white-cream lacquer.

MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS is a new brand launched in September 2018 by Eric Weiler (founder) and Eric Gizard (designer). We deliver 100% made in France high-end and top quality furniture pieces. Main material is wood, mainly ash, oak and cherry. Our wood comes exclusively from sustainably managed French forests. The craft-handed manufacture in the Loire Countryside and Bretagne ensures robustness and a very long life cycle for each piece. All our models are already fully assembled in our workshops. Eric Gizard is a famous French Designer in Paris and works several Fashion and Luxury Brands. He sublimates with his very fluid and elegant design each piece of our collections EGEE and KUBE. More over and previous to the launch of MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS, in 2010, Eric Weiler took over an old cabinet-maker named GONTIER established in France since 1920. French Traditional pieces and new designed models from GONTIER are also proposed on 1st Dibs.
